PK VIP Game Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

1. Eligibility

To register and use PK VIP Game, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times. These are not one-time checks — they are ongoing conditions of your account remaining open.

2. Account Registration

The name on your account must exactly match the name on the payment method — JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa account, bank account or card — you use for deposits and withdrawals. Mismatches may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending verification.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account on PK VIP Game. Registering additional accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, the same phone number, the same device or the same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these terms. All accounts found to belong to the same individual will be closed. Any VIP cashback, bonus balance or pending withdrawals across those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact platform support immediately. 2.4 Account Verification

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

Bank transfers and Raast payments may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing time. The platform does not apply any deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independently.

• You may only deposit funds that belong to you — depositing funds on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• Deposits made from a payment method not registered in your own name may be held for verification.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. Withdrawal timelines vary by method:

• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals: typically processed within 1–24 hours of approval.
• Raast and bank transfers: typically 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Card withdrawals: timeline depends on the card issuer and may take up to 5 business days.

VIP tier affects withdrawal priority. Gold tier and above receive priority processing. Diamond and Elite players receive same-day processing on approved withdrawals made before the daily cutoff time.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, your account must be in good standing — meaning no active investigations, no outstanding verification requests and no holds placed by the platform. Bonus funds may carry separate wagering conditions before they become withdrawable. Please refer to Section 7 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.

4. Betting Rules

The Bet section of PK VIP Game covers sports and esports wagering including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, football and esports events. The following rules apply to all betting activity on the platform.

4.1 Accepted Bets

A bet is only accepted and confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a bet reference number. If your internet connection is lost before confirmation is received, check your bet history before placing the bet again to avoid duplication. The platform is not responsible for bets not placed due to connectivity issues on the player's end.

4.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, this means the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL fixtures. In the event of a result being disputed or subject to a governing body investigation, settlement may be delayed until an official result is confirmed.

4.3 Errors and Voided Bets

PK VIP Game reserves the right to void any bet placed at an incorrect price resulting from a technical error, a data feed error or human error in odds setting. In such cases, the stake is returned to your PKR balance. The platform also reserves the right to void bets where there is evidence of match fixing, event manipulation or where the integrity of the result is seriously in question.

4.4 In-Play Betting

In-play cricket and PSL betting is available on selected markets. Odds during in-play markets change rapidly to reflect the state of play. Once a bet is placed and confirmed in-play, it cannot be cancelled. The platform may suspend in-play markets temporarily — for example, at the fall of a wicket or end of an over — and this is normal operating behaviour rather than an error.

4.5 Maximum Winnings

Maximum payout limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting terms within the Bet section. Bets accepted above the maximum payout limit will be settled at the maximum payout regardless of the original potential return calculated at bet placement.

5. Games and Platform Usage

PK VIP Game's gaming sections — Slots, Fish Games and Bingo — are governed by the following rules in addition to any section-specific rules displayed within the relevant area of the platform.

5.1 Slots

All slot games use certified random number generation to determine outcomes. Past results have no influence on future spins. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are displayed or available for each title within the Slots section. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and may fluctuate in real time. Jackpot wins are subject to verification before payment.

5.2 Fish Games

Fish game sessions are multiplayer and run continuously. The PKR cost per shot is displayed before entry. The platform does not guarantee specific returns per session. Fish games involve a skill and probability element — the result of individual shots is not predetermined but the overall return distribution across sessions is governed by the platform's certified RNG system.

5.3 Bingo

Bingo games run on a published schedule available within the Bingo section. Ticket prices and prize pools are displayed before each game. All bingo draws use certified random number generation. In the event of a technical failure during a bingo draw, the affected round will be voided and all ticket stakes refunded to players' PKR balances.

5.4 Technical Interruptions

In the event of a disconnection or technical error during a game session, the platform will endeavour to restore the session to the state it was in before the interruption. Where this is not possible, the round in progress at the time of the interruption may be cancelled and the relevant stake refunded. The platform is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's device, internet connection or network provider.

6. VIP Programme Terms

The PK VIP Game VIP programme consists of six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite. Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered players from the date of their first deposit.

6.1 Tier Calculation

VIP tier is determined by the cumulative platform activity points earned during a rolling 30-day period. Points are earned across all platform sections simultaneously — Bet, Slots, Fish Games and Bingo all contribute to your monthly point total. The point thresholds for each tier are displayed in the VIP section of the platform.

6.2 Cashback Calculation and Payment

Weekly PKR cashback is calculated on net losses — total wagers minus total winnings — across all sections for the preceding seven-day period. The cashback rate is determined by your VIP tier at the end of the calculation period on Sunday midnight. Cashback is credited to your PKR balance on Monday and is available for immediate use across the platform without any additional wagering requirement.

• Bronze: 2% weekly cashback on net losses
• Silver: 5% weekly cashback on net losses
• Gold: 8% weekly cashback on net losses
• Platinum: 12% weekly cashback on net losses
• Diamond: 16% weekly cashback on net losses
• Elite: 20% weekly cashback on net losses

6.3 Programme Changes

PK VIP Game reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, cashback rates, VIP perks and the overall structure of the VIP programme. Where such changes are material, registered players with active VIP tiers will be notified via the platform dashboard or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

PK VIP Game runs promotions and bonus offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season promotions and section-specific offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

7.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your account carry a wagering requirement unless the promotion explicitly states that no wagering applies. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk or any other strategy designed to obtain bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform constitutes bonus abuse. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds forfeited and may be closed.

7.3 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the promotion's terms will expire and be removed from your balance automatically. The platform will not reinstate expired bonus funds.

7.4 Promotion Availability

Promotions are available to eligible players at the platform's discretion. The platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or close any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will be notified of any material changes before they take effect.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on PK VIP Game. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent closure of your account.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or verification.

• Sharing account credentials with a third party or allowing another person to use your account.
• Placing bets or playing games using funds deposited from a payment method not registered in your own name.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

10.1 Platform-Initiated Suspension

PK VIP Game may suspend or close an account at any time if there is reason to believe that the terms have been breached, that the account is being used for fraudulent or harmful activity, or that verification requirements have not been met. In cases of suspected fraud or terms violation, balances held in the account may be frozen pending investigation.

10.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting platform support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will not be paid out on closure.

10.3 Self-Exclusion Closure

If you close your account through the self-exclusion mechanism, the exclusion period and its terms apply as described in Section 8. Re-registration during an active self-exclusion period is a breach of these terms and any account opened during this period will be closed with funds returned to the original payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

PK VIP Game provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous and reliable access, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is not liable for losses arising from:

• Technical failures, server outages or connectivity issues outside the platform's direct control.

• Incorrect bet placements made by the player due to misreading of odds, markets or selections.
• Losses incurred during a session that was subsequently found to involve a technical error, where the session is voided and stakes refunded as per the relevant game rules.
• Any losses arising from a player sharing account credentials with a third party.

The platform's total liability to any individual player in relation to any single incident is limited to the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by the platform.

12. Amendments to These Terms

PK VIP Game may update, amend or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made — changes that significantly affect player rights, payment terms or VIP programme conditions — registered players will be notified through:

• A notification displayed prominently on the platform dashboard upon next login.
• An email to the address registered on the account, where email communication has been enabled.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after a notified update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update to these terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the update takes effect.

Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule, or formatting changes — may be made without specific notification and will be reflected in the updated date shown above.
